The US Army Corps of Engineers is rolling out billions of dollars in infrastructure upgrades in both the New York and Philadelphia Districts.

Work includes enhancing existing infrastructure, repairing damage and dredging channels, building resiliency for floods and coastal storms, new flood control projects, and more.
