Edison, NJ (December 10, 2024) – The New Jersey Alliance has announced a new executive committee.

Charlie Manning, Executive Vice President at Liro-Hil moves from 1st Vice Chair to Chairman. Former Chair Amanda Del Bene, the Managing Director of Raymond James Public Finance, passed the torch to Manning after a successful three-year term, highlighted by the Alliance’s continued growth.

Del Bene will remain a member of The Alliance’s Board of Directors.

Also serving on the executive committee are:

2nd Vice Chair: Cynthia Norfleet, CEO of Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC
Treasurer: Robert Gerard, Senior Manager Business Development at Holt Construction
Secretary: Kevin O’Keefe, Principal, R. S. Knapp Co. / Napco

“I look forward to working with our new committee to continue driving the Alliance forward,” said Alliance for Action President Jerry Keenan. “Together we will build a better future by advocating for our members and the capital construction and investments that are most vital to New Jersey.”

The committee will help guide the Alliance for Action on a variety of matters to further advance its mission, as well as complementing and amplifying the work of the Board of Directors. The committee members’ expertise and insights are invaluable as the Alliance continues to represent the interests of its diverse membership and drive progress throughout the state.

The Alliance for Action is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2024. Since 1974, we’ve worked as a non-partisan and non-profit association representing thousands of business, labor, government, utility, education, professional, and other New Jersey leaders. Our mission is to improve New Jersey’s economy through the promotion of environmentally friendly capital construction and infrastructure investment.
