February 20, 2024 – The NJ Alliance for Action headed to Bayonne Tuesday morning for its Hudson County Chapter meeting.

Congressman Rob Menendez told Alliance for Action members he’s working to get more IIJA dollars for the county.

Gateway Development Commission Chief of Public Outreach Steve Sigmund gave updates on the Hudson Tunnel Project and detailed more than $1 billion of construction set to be in the ground by the end of 2024.

PATH General Manager  Clarelle DeGraffe outlined $ 150 million in investments at 4 stations in Hudson County.

NJ TRANSIT Capital Project Delivery and Administration Director, Jonathan Nelson provided updates on the Union City Bus Garage, the upcoming Secaucus-Meadowlands Transitway project, and $176 million in investments on the Hoboken Terminal and Hoboken Connect projects.

“Federal, state, public authority, and other capital investments are helping Hudson County in #BuildingABetterFuture,” said Alliance for Action President Jerry Keenan. “Today’s event gave Alliance for Action members details on new business opportunities and a great chance to network with key decision makers.”
