Edison, NJ – Elizabethtown Gas President and Chief Operating Officer Christie McMullen shared details of the company’s upcoming infrastructure investments across New Jersey with Alliance for Action members Tuesday morning.
Elizabethtown Gas now serves over 300,000 customers, up 1.9% from past years due to gas conversions and new construction. Christie outlined a long list of upcoming capital construction projects – including solar, hydrogen, renewable gas and other initiatives.
She gave details on:
- A 7 MW brownfield solar array at a landfill in Florence, NJ
- $69 million hydrogen project constructing a pressure regulation station in South Harrison, NJ
- And construction of one of the largest food waste-to-renewable natural gas systems in Linden, NJ
“Christie and her team are continuing to modernize our aging infrastructure with innovative solutions,” said Alliance for Action President Jerry Keenan.
