MT LAUREL, NJ (September 30, 2025) – Alliance members received first-hand detail on billions in upcoming construction across healthcare, transportation, utilities, and more at the Burlington County Chapter meeting this morning.

“Burlington county is making substantial investments in its infrastructure from roadways to utilities,” said Alliance for Action President Jerry Keenan. “The upcoming construction in transportation, healthcare, and beyond is bettering the lives of people in the region through major economic impact, increased access to healthcare, and more resilient utility systems.”

Burlington County Engineer Joe Brickley began the program with details on more than $60 million of capital construction activity. Burlington also remains a prime warehouse location.

Virtua Health Vice President of Facilities Management Julie Herb outlined more than $1 billion in construction projects across the system, including over $400 million in three Burlington County hospitals at Mount Holly, Marlton and Willingboro.

PSEG Senior Project Manager Nick Joly outlined eight new electric substations for the county. This work will be close to $500 million.

Andrew Maevsky, Project Manager at NJDOT, shared details on more than $120 million in projects in the county over the next four years.
