June 14, 2024Two hundred fifty plus attendees heard from the leaders of healthcare construction in our state Friday morning. Billions of dollars in opportunities were presented by our state’s major hospital systems, Rutgers University and DEVCO. These investments into health and life sciences in New Jersey are creating more opportunities and improving the economy.

  • James Dietz, Director of Planning, Design, and Construction, Jefferson Health
  • Jennifer Denault, Senior Vice President of Construction, Real Estate, and Facilities, University Hospital
  • David Schulz, University Architect, Rutgers University

Every corner of our state was covered. Not just on delivery of healthcare, but also on research opportunities and new medical school collaborations. Each speaker discussed a variety of new construction, expansion, and revitalization projects happening across the Garden State.

New Jersey is a critical state for the sector that is near 20% of our GDP.
