FORT MONMOUTH, NJ (January 31, 2025) —One of the newest and most exciting economic development projects in our state is the Netflix Studio project. It’s ready to start on 292 acres at the former Fort Monmouth complex.

New Jersey Alliance for Action President Jerry Keenan, Senior Vice President Chris Hartman, and Special Advisor to the President Bill Healey met this morning with key players of the Netflix team: Kenneth Falcon, Program Manager, Studio Design and Construction and Nick Maniatis, Head of Production Policy, North America .

Today, NJ Alliance for Action are also attending an event with businesses interested in working with Netflix. It’s a great example of the economic impact of this game changing project.
